Webster Police Department arrests, Feb. 13

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Feb. 13.

The Webster Police Department arrested 37-year-old Kenneth Ellis on charges of driving while intoxicated icated. Ellis was born on November 27, 1973.

Edward Ferrell was arrested on charges of assault of a public servant. Ferrell’s date of birth is February 20, 1987.

Justin Scroggins was arrested on charges of unlawful carrying of a weapon. Scroggins’s date of birth is September 14, 1988.
