Webster Police Department arrests, Feb. 12

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Feb. 12.

The Webster Police Department arrested 18-year-old Dezaray Cockrell on charges of theft. Cockrell was born on July 28, 1992.

Carlos Reyes was arrested on charges of possession, manufacturing, transporting, repairing or selling prohibited weapons. Reyes’s date of birth is February 2, 1976.

Crystal Spurlock, 31, was arrested in Webster on charges of shoplifting. Spurlock was born on February 25, 1979.

Christopher Thomas, 27, was arrested in Webster on charges of shoplifting. Thomas was born on September 5, 1983.
