The Webster Police Department arrested 29-year-old Gareth Blackmore on charges of a warrant for unspecified charges and a capias warrant for unspecified charges. Blackmore was born on February 27, 1981.

Danisha Cosey, 32, was arrested in Webster on charges of driving while license is invalid and seat belt violation. Cosey was born on January 16, 1979.

The Webster Police Department arrested 34-year-old Perez Francisco on charges of public intoxication. Francisco was born on September 7, 1976.
