Webster Police Department arrests, Jan. 24

The following arrests were made by the Webster Police Department on Jan. 24.

Raul Martinez, 19, was arrested in Webster on charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility (subsequent), not possessing a driver's license, unsafe turn and failure to change address on driver's license. Martinez was born on November 8, 1991.

Whitlie Olson was arrested on charges of consumption of alcohol by a minor. Olson’s date of birth is June 7, 1992.
