At 2:23 a.m. on May 17, Charmaigne Artisca Lett was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Offce.

Lett is described as a 25-year-old black female.

A bond of $5,000 was set for Mr. Warren, who is listed as living at 17231 Blackhawk in Friendswood (77546). Sergio Felix Alanis Jr. was booked into custody at the Montgomery County Jail at 7:52 a.m. on May 16, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.

The alleged charges against the 31-year-old white male are listed as driving while license is suspended or invalid, a capias warrant for profine misdemeanor and failure to appear.

Alanis's address is listed as 13310 Morewood Court, Houston, Texas 77038.
