    Lake boys, Creek girls sixth at state

    The Clear Lake Falcons and Clear Creek Lady Wildcats recorded sixth-place Class 5A team finishes at the UIL State Meet last week in Austin.

    Matt Greene’s individual second place in the boys 130-pound division led the Falcons, which also had Michael Foster third (189), Chase Cobb fourth (145) and Daniel Rivera sixth (125).

    Thomas Porzillo (119) and Nathaniel Otto (285) also competed for Clear Lake.

    The Lady Wildcats had fourth-places by Tarah Brewer (138) and Hayley Mitchell (215), and a fifth from Chelsie McMillion (148).
