Man leaving gas station robbed at gunpoint

League City police are seeking three men who robbed a man at gunpoint over the weekend in a gas station parking lot.

League City Police Lt. Bruce Whitten said the victim had just walked ot of the station in the 1800 block of West FM 646 on Saturday about 4:30 p.m. when three men in a silver early 2000s model Chevy Impala asked him for directions. One of the men then pointed a handgun at the man, robbing him of his wallet and cell phone.

The three men fled the scene in the vehicle, but the gas station’s surveillance camera may have captured video of the vehicle, Whitten said.

Those with information on the robbery or the men are asked to call 281-338-4182 or 281-338-8210.
