    UHCL stages 'The Vagina Monologues'

UH-Clear Lake will present its second annual production of Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues.

The performance takes place 8 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19, in the university’s Bayou Theater.

The performance is given by local UH-Clear Lake students, staff and community members and is part of the global V-Day campaign to stop violence against women and young girls.

The Office of Intercultural and International Student Services is also seeking sponsorships and donations toward expenses.

Tickets are $10 with student identification and $12 without.

Proceeds benefit the Bay Area Turning Point and the V-Day campaign.
