KHOU-TV reports that Army Specialist Dayna Ferguson, one of the soldiers wounded in last week's shooting rampage at Fort Hood, has returned to her Clear Lake home to recuperate. See the video.

With the full approval of City Council, golf carts will be good to go Nov. 19. City Manager Chris Reed thinks he might even buy one for himself.
